Delivery and Returns

SHORT DELIVERY AND DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

Claims for short delivery or delivery where goods do not conform to the delivery note must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for defective or damaged goods must be made in writing within seven days of receipt of goods. Deliveries in many instances will be via a 3rd party courier, and their terms and conditions will apply.

DELAY/NON DELIVERY Invoices are issued 5-10 working days after the goods leave the Company’s warehouse. If the customer does not receive the goods within 10 days from the date shown on the invoice, the Company must be notified immediately by telephone, followed by confirmation in writing.

RETURN OF GOODS

The Company is unable to accept the return of merchandise without prior consent. Before returning merchandise the Company must be notified in writing, with the details included of the merchandise, the invoice number and date. Authorisation for returns, if appropriate, will then be given. In relation to hardware products, authorisation will only be given if the unit is complete with all accessories, cables, manuals, etc., is in brand new condition and is in its original pristine packaging. The Company will offer a 14-day Free return period for any incorrectly delivered. Goods that are ordered in error may be subject to a 15% handling fee, this fee may also be applied for goods over the 14 day return period.

Any goods returned over 14days

will be subject to a credit note to be used against future purchases, but must not be used as a full payment of a new invoice. GENERAL The Company shall not be liable for the failure to perform its obligations when such failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. We offer a 30-day warranty on the goods provided. In most instances, the manufacturer of the goods will hold a warranty for their products, and we will endeavour to assist in any way possible. CANCELLATION The customer shall be liable for any non-recoverable costs incurred by the Company should the customer cancel any order it has placed with the Company. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours of any oral notification. CUSTOMER NOTICE: Any email produced gives us permission to use for email marketing.
