Prices

Prices agreed at the point of sale shall constitute the final amount charged to the customer. Prices may be subject to variation due to increases in raw material costs, shipping charges, transportation expenses, or fluctuations in the strength of Pound Sterling.

In the event of any such increase, customers will be notified in advance. Fixed-term rates shall be adjusted in accordance with prevailing inflation rates.

Payment Terms

A period of thirty (30) days free credit from the invoice date may be offered, subject to approval and credit limits determined solely at the Company’s discretion.

Any outstanding balances remaining unpaid after sixty (60) days shall render all invoices, whether currently due or not, immediately payable.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT shall be charged at the applicable rate in force at the time of despatch.

Title of Goods

Legal ownership of goods shall remain with the Company until full payment of all outstanding debts has been received. Upon delivery, the customer shall hold the goods as a bailee.

Until all sums are settled in full, the Company reserves the right to repossess goods and may enter the customer’s premises for that purpose where legally permissible.

Resale and Insurance

• Customers may resell goods prior to full settlement, provided that all proceeds of sale are held in trust for the Company until all outstanding liabilities are cleared.
• Any insurance proceeds received in respect of goods damaged prior to resale shall likewise be held on trust until all debts are discharged.

Short Delivery and Damaged Goods

Claims relating to short delivery or goods not conforming to the delivery note must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

Claims for defective or damaged goods must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. Where deliveries are made via third-party couriers, their terms and conditions shall apply.

Returns and Cancellations

Returned goods will not be accepted without prior written authorisation. Requests must include product details, invoice number, and invoice date.

Incorrectly delivered goods may be returned within fourteen (14) days at no charge. Goods ordered in error may incur a handling fee of up to fifteen percent (15%).

General

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. A thirty (30) day warranty applies to goods supplied unless otherwise stated.
